Well, it's over. My school's production of Les Miserables School Edition is over. It was one of the most amazing experiences of my life: my first show at this school and the beginning of quite a few more, I hope. The show was sold out at all three performances: all those people got to see the fruits (or vegetables...haha, not that anyone gets it who isn't involved with the show) of our labors. It was a lot of work, a lot of blood, sweat, and tears (and I mean those all literally) and a lot of singing, blocking, acting, building, painting, and laughing as well. I cried when Sunday's show was over, because that was the last time I was going to work on that amazing show with all those amazing people in that cast and crew. I am so glad that I had the opportunity that I did and that I had the experience that I did. I have developed, even more than I already had, a love and respect for all the talent and hard work that goes into these productions. I love Les Mis and SRTC.

Hi.

It has been a long time since last I posted here.

There was just a major earthquake in Iran, reports AOL news. Here is an excerpt from their article:

"'Where have you gone? I had a lot of plans for you,' Hossein Golestani sang softly as he held the lifeless form of his 7-year-old daughter, Fatima. The body of his 8-year-old daughter, Mariam, lay beside him in the devastated village of Hotkan."

Isn't it hard to express sadness while blogging or posting on a forum? I find it so. A smiley seems insensitive and doesn't represent real sadness well. Actions speak louder than words in real situations, but asterisks around an action in this case are the same as the smileys. So it's hard to convey what I'm feeling right now. I hope I got the emotion across.

What's up...nothing much going on in my life, 'cept that it's almost Christmas!  Yay!  Merry Merry to all of you out there who celebrate it, and Happy Hannukah, Kwanzaa, Ramadan, or whatever to everyone else!

In honor of the holiday season, my piccy has donned festive attire.  Sorry if it looks a little weird...I got slightly frustrated.  Happy Holidays!
